Tell us a little about your story. How did you come to C&W? What do you do?
After 10+ years on the client side of CRE, I started to look for more exciting ways to contribute. After some research, it was clear to me that C&W was in a growth mode; the company was investing in its tools, platforms, and people. It was an easy decision to come to C&W. I have met so many good people, and have enjoyed working here so much. I can’t imagine what I would be doing if I hadn’t joined C&W.
What solution, achievement or moment are you most proud of while either working at Cushman & Wakefield, or in your personal life?
Clients are listening to us and they are interested in our fresh approach that is more flexible, more focused on the end user, and more adaptable to their changing needs. We are emerging as the “Client-Focused Firm.”

What solution, achievement or moment are you most proud of while either working at Cushman & Wakefield, or in your personal life?
The flexibility within the Cushman & Wakefield work environment allowed me to succeed as President of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2012/2013.

Why do YOU work here at Cushman & Wakefield and not somewhere else?
I came to C&W because of the people and the culture.  It was very important to me to work with people that have the intellect, abilities and the dedication to my core values of honesty, integrity and hard work.
With the breadth of services we have now, how are you able to do more today for your clients?
It is very easy to sell C&W to existing clients, potential new team members, and new clients because of the services that we provide. A client tells us what they need, and we have the ability to provide them those resources; many other firms say they have them, but C&W really does and delivers. From project management to construction management to a high level of engineering resources, these services allow us to excel in the Asset Services division.
