| Tell us a little about your story. How did you come to C&W? What do you do? |
| I received my undergraduate degree in 1990, and did not have any professional experience. My father was an office tenant rep broker at the time at a small boutique firm, so competitive firms would not hire me. C&W was the only firm that would take a chance on me, and I have since never looked back. |
