Our growth is being driven by our clients demanding a real estate partner who can bring something different beyond the status quo to the table. Our Account teams are being challenged to bring innovation to the table; that’s where my team and I come in. In my role, I get an opportunity to work with a variety accounts in all geographic regions and industries. I’m able to identify innovation and best practices that can be employed to exceed client expectations. |
What solution, achievement or moment are you most proud of while either working at Cushman & Wakefield, or in your personal life? |
My greatest achievement here and in my personal life is when I prove skeptics wrong. Many times when I begin working with an account, there are a lot of people that don’t believe that we can make a change on both the C&W and client team. I am able to use analytics and past experience to very quickly identify opportunities. I am also very patient and an optimist. I often ask that I am given an opportunity to show that we can make a difference; I then go to work. It is so rewarding to see the client and our team come full circle and become a believer. |
