| Tell us a little about your story. How did you come to C&W? What do you do? |
| I started my career at C&W when I was 16 in the mail room. 34 years later, C&W is the only firm I have ever been employed by and probably will be the only firm I am ever employed by. From the mail room, I became a “runner” for an industrial broker in Oakland, then a “runner” for an office leasing broker in San Francisco. When I was in college, I was a “runner” for an office leasing broker in downtown Los Angeles. In 1989, I joined the Capital Markets Group, and in 2016, I was appointed Executive Vice Chairman. | The people! The people at C&W are the most entrepreneurial, dedicated and passionate individuals in the real estate services industry. Since C&W was acquired by TPG, the collaborative spirit and technological advancement in our system has only made our platform that much more compelling. I have never been more excited about the direction of our firm and our executive leadership than I am today. |
| With the breadth of services we have now, how are you able to do more today for your clients? |
| There is no question that the increased connectivity of our numerous service lines is creating exciting opportunities for all of us to better service our clients. Investor Services is doing an excellent job in improving our interactions with major clients across various service lines so that we can present the C&W platform in a more unified fashion. |
