| I joined C&W in February 2017. I was seeking a company where I believed in the leadership, believed in their vision and believed in their plan to achieve the vision. After my interviews, I was very excited about the opportunity; everyone that I interviewed with was very passionate about C&W and the company’s progressive strategy and culture.
I work in finance, and oversee our revenue recognition, invoicing and commissions functions. Several changes were implemented in these areas after the most recent merger. My team is working in a very challenging and dynamic environment. It can be very stressful! However, I have an amazing team that views these challenges as opportunities to have a positive impact on the company, as well as our internal and external customers.
