Having a partnership approach has been crucial to the restructure and building of the Research platform. | Through the growth story, I was able to be a spectator from the outside. Knowing the industry and many people in it, (including with C&W) it was amazing to see how well that transformation went, and the dedication to minimizing impacts. C&W’s communication and transparency allows for growth, and the ability to build relationships across the platform has been an opportunity within itself. Knowing that the value you bring to the firm is recognized is critical to one’s development, but is noticed by all who share similar aspirations. |
