| With the world constantly changing, how has your job, or client’s job changed over the past 10 years? |
| Technology has allowed us to automate and streamline many processes. The installation of Workday has allowed the company to house all of the employee’s information in one area (Talent, Compensation, Benefits,etc). We will eventually move toward a process where managers can conduct most transactions on their own via Workday and rely on HR as a strategic business partner. |
| Why do YOU work here at Cushman & Wakefield and not somewhere else? |
| I work at C&W because of my team and my client group. The HR team is very supportive of each other’s success, and we are always able to bounce ideas off of each other. The Tri-State Asset Services team has also been very supportive of my partnership with them on various transactions, and I enjoy the community service projects that we do! Giving back to the community is very important to this team! |
