With the world constantly changing, how has your job, or client’s job changed over the past 10 years?
The biggest changes that I’ve seen come from the growth of big data and the tools we use to demonstrate trends or patterns. Traditionally, we lag a bit behind as an industry in this sense, but by having the opportunity to streamline the process of data management and dissemination, we provide tremendous value to our clients in a timely and efficient fashion.
With the breadth of services we have now, how are you able to do more today for your clients?
By providing a truly full service platform, Cushman & Wakefield’s value-add proposition is applicable to every industry, in every country, at any stage of their business cycle or lifetime. When I meet someone at an event or in passing, there is always a conversation to be had concerning how we as a firm can help them grow or see the world differently. Our business may be categorized as “Real Estate,” but it’s hardly the only thing we “do.” Clients, professionals, and peers recognize that and see very quickly that there is a reason to engage us.
